How to use this Flower Photography site and terms & conditions
The flower images can be viewed by colour.
Match the colour scheme in your home or office by visiting the Garden photo gallery and clicking on the chosen colour button.
Should you wish to view images based on other keywords, you can use the search option on the menu bar on each page, just type in your search criteria and click on the search button. Search options can include:
-Season ( spring, summer, autumn, winter)
-Orientation ( portrait, landscape or square)
-Flower name ( common or latin)
-Mood/concept
-Image number
-colour
Making A Purchase
To assist in prompt dispatch, please check that you have ordered the correct size for the orientation of the image chosen and use the correct P&P descriptions as supplied on this website. Orders can be made by telephone, by post or via the order form on this website.
You can purchase photo prints and stretched canvas pictures of all the photos in the gallery. . Please click on the buy now button on the individual image page, choose the size from the drop down menu, amend the quantity to meet your requirements and add image to cart. When you have completed your order click on Shopping Cart - View and check out button and follow the correct steps ensuring that you have correctly updated the postal region to obtain correct postage charges.
Actual Prices and prints sizes available for each picture are shown by clicking on the BUY NOW button displayed on individual images in the Gallery. Typical prices are shown on the Flower Cards & Flower Art Prints pages. If you would like a size not shown, please contact us and ask for a quote

You can use the search box on each page, either by keyword or by image number. Please see 'Search options' above.
How will my pictures be delivered?
Pictures will be dispatched by Royal Mail and will need to be signed for.
How much will P&P cost?

How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Please allow 28 days to receive your picture order. If you need your order by a specific date please advise by email.
Terms and Conditions
You will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions unless you notify us to the contrary. No variation of these terms or conditions shall be effective unless agreed in
writing. All orders accepted are subject to these terms and conditions of sale which supersede any previous terms and conditions.
All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, the colours and appearance of images displayed on our site may vary slightly to the products. This is due to differences in individual monitor settings, photography limitations and file size restrictions. Please request a sample print should you need to accurately check the colours of the final print. There may be an additional charge.
We aim to ensure that all the information available on our site at any time is accurate and complete. However, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions. If you notice an error or omission on our site please point it out to us. We will then use all reasonable endeavours to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible.
POST & PACKING
Postage and packing rates are charged according to the total order, as follows.
UK rates.
Goods up to £10.00 p+p £2.00
Goods £10.00-£24.99 p+p £3.00
Goods £25-49.99 p+p £5.00
Goods £50.00-99.99 p+p £10.00
Goods £100.00-199.99 p+p £20.00
Goods £200.00 and over £25.00
Europe rates are x2 UK P&P
Rest Of World are x4 UK P&P
DELIVERY
Delivery in the UK will be by Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery unless alternative arrangements are agreed.
Cards will normally be dispatched within 3 days.
Mounted prints will normally be dispatched within 7 days. Unless otherwise advised.
Canvases will normally be dispatched within 28 days. Unless otherwise advised.
Please advise if goods are needed by a specific date or if there are special delivery requirements.
Any claims for non-delivery, shortages or damaged goods must be made in writing within two days of delivery. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD. We will not be held responsible for postal delays whch are out of our control i.e. postal strike.
RETURNS
Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, will not be replaced or credited.
PAYMENT
Payment is by Paypal via this website or cheque. Payment must be made prior to dispatch unless agreed otherwise. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery.
We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented.

Invoices must be paid on receipt. If you do not pay in accordance with these terms then we may at our option rescind this Agreement and recover damages, or charge interest at the rate prescribed by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 from the date payment was due until payment is made. Our failure to exercise or enforce any of our rights will not be deemed to be a waiver of such rights nor bar their exercise or enforcement in future.
Should any disagreement arise between us, we shall, if we both agree, first try to settle it by a mediation procedure.
UNAVAILABILITY
In the unlikely event that the print you have purchased is unavailable, we will offer a refund.
RESERVATION OF TITLE
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to change these website terms and conditions at any time without notice to you by posting a revised page on our website. Price and availability information is also subject to change without notice. Any changes will take effect from the day of publishing on this site. You agree that we have no obligation to inform you of these changes and that it is your responsibility to establish whether the terms and conditions have been changed. If you disagree with any changes then you must stop using this site.
